Geneva Johnson brings several years in the executive recruiting industry to her role as Vice President of Talent Management at Ogin. With Ogin since 2012, she leads recruiting, performance management, employee and organization development and general talent activities for the company.
Prior to Ogin, Geneva worked at Heidrick & Struggles, where she partnered with global companies to build leadership teams and boards of directors. Earlier in her career, Geneva led research initiatives focused on human resources for the Corporate Executive Board. She is a graduate of Smith College, with a degree in Sociology and English.
